The study of the temporal and spatial evolution of precipitation is of great importance for the efficient use of water resources. This paper examines the long series of precipitation in Henan province from 1959-2018. Innovative Trend Analysis (ITA) method and Mann-Kendall (MK) test were used to analyze the characteristics of precipitation trend changes.
