The research aims are to measure the Koya University teacher self-efficacy, gender differences effect and its relationship with their academic levels. To achieve these aims, 72 Koya University teachers voluntarily participated. For collecting the data, a 10-item instrument with 5 options have been adapted, the validity and validity for the instrument were at satisfied level. Using SPSS as a tool for analyzing the data, the research found the level of teachers’ self-efficacy very high, and gender has no effect of their teaching efficacy level even though the female scored higher but was not statistically significant.
