The aim of present article is performance of the basic ways of satisfying of the applications of undertakings on capital financing as well as the test of the estimation of the gaining over of capital across the issues of the debentures of undertakings in report to the other exterior sources of financing of greatest undertakings on example Polish as well as of select countries (USA, Norway, Spain). The object of research are the exterior sources of financing of undertakings (bonds, actions, bank credits, loans, short-term indebted papers, leasing) and their influence on forming of the structure of capital in undertakings in Poland as well as select lands in the world, instead the object of the research of this undertaking about established position on international markets.
