Lymph node metastasis (LNM) of tumors is an established indicator of poor prognosis in patients. Tumor-associated lymphangiogenesis is a key step in LNM and has gained much attention. However, currently, there is no anti-tumor lymphangiogenesis drug used in clinical practice.
