The combination of magnetic nanoparticles and thermoresponsive nanogels represents an appealing strategy for the development of theranostic probes. These hybrid nanocarriers present several advantages such as outstanding properties for guided therapy, magnetic resonance imaging, and triggered release of encapsulated cargoes.
