Symptoms Extending from Identity Confusion to Personality Pattern, Autistic Spectrum to Psychotic Spectrum Via an Adolescent Case

Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders and International Classification of Diseases and Associated Health Problems classify mental disorders as discrete categories. However, we often see in our clinical practice that sharp divisions are not possible when the human spirit is concerned and it is very difficult to categorize some patients into any cluster.
