Under the auspices of the Salzburg Seminar and the W.K.Kellogg Foundation, seventy-three faculty and fellows, from 20 nations of the world, convened for Session 376—The Social and Economic Determinants of the Public's Health. We were challenged to clarify and expand our understanding of those factors that support or undermine the health of communities.
