En el presente documento se presentan datos recolectados para el estudio del lactosuero en LATAM, como lo son; su obtención, la relación entre productos (queso y lactosuero) y la cantidad “x” de leche usada, sus beneficios, algunos de sus usos como “contexto general” e hipótesis para la elaboración de cremas corporales con lactosuero. Teniendo en cuenta el impacto medio ambiental que el lactosuero ocasiona con su mala disposición o desecho irresponsable, por su alto contenido en contenidos proteicos y azucarados. Para amortiguar un poco el daño medioambiental que el lactosuero puede llegar a ocasionar, se propone como aprovechamiento de biomasa, una crema corporal hidratante y nutritiva.This document presents data collected on milk whey in ...
