We read with interest the article from Self et al 1 that investigated Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) prevalence, along with shelter characteristics and prevention practices, in 63 homeless shelters in 7 US urban areas, irrespective of symptoms.
