Today, the consumption of products is greater than ever. In order to be able to supply the market with products at the same rate as the consumption, natural resources are being extracted like never before. The majority of the extracted natural resources are after only one-time use, left to the nearest landfill, where it becomes waste. This growing mountain of waste, combined with the fact that the amount of natural resources that can be extracted has decreased, would in the long run become an unsustainable way of life.
