Kostnadskalkylering under osäkerhet inom manuell produktion

The purpose of this paper is to look at costs uncertainties that develop as a result of the human aspect in manual manufacturing within the food industry. The study's technique of choice was to map activities using a value stream analysis (VSM) and then utilize the information to calculate costs. The cost calculation was done in the form of a self-cost estimate, which was used to calculate the product cost. The production line is assumed to be normal distributed. The statistical parameters mean, and variance are estimated using maximum-likelihood (MLE) based on data collected through observations and measurements at the company. After that, the MLE and data collection outcomes will be examined using a Monte Carlo-simulation. According to the findings, the corporation utilizes a time computation that has a 96 percent chance of becoming a lower figure. This has an impact on the product's cost. Within the prediction interval, the study's cost estimates suggest a cost of SEK 17.46–22.16, however, the firm now charges SEK 24.15. Studien utfördes i form av en fallstudie vid ett företag som verkar inom livsmedelsbranschen. Syftet med studien var att undersöka osäkerheter inom självkostnadskalkylering som uppstår till följd av den mänskliga faktorn inom manuell produktion. Metodvalet av studien var att kartlägga verksamheten genom en värdeflödesanalys (VSM), och använda analysen som ett underlag till en kostnadskalkyl. Kostnadskalkylen var i form av en självkostnadskalkyl, vilket används vid prissättning av produkter inom produktionsverksamheter då kalkylen tar hänsyn till alla kostnader som uppstår vid tillverkning. Produktionen antogs vara normalfördelad för att underlätta tillvägagångsättet att undersöka självkostnadens prediktionsintervall. Maximum likelihood (MLE) tillämpades för att skatta de statistiska parametrarna medelvärde och varians utifrån datainsamlingen som utfördes genom observationer och mätningar på företaget. Därefter togs resultatet från MLE och datainsamlingen vidare för analysering i en Monte Carlo-simulering. Resultatet av studien visar på att företaget använde en tidskalkyl som med 96% sannolikhet kommer anta ett lägre värde. Detta påverkar produktens självkostnad då denna tar hänsyn till lönekostnader. Studiens självkostnadskalkyler inom prediktionsintervallet visade på en kostnad mellan 17,46–22,16 kronor, medan företaget idag beräknar med en kostnad på 24,15 kronor
