When writing this work, various forms and methods of problem-oriented learning were considered. In this work, we examined the existing concepts of the content of education and made sure that the most relevant in pedagogical and socially significant terms is a model adequate to social experience, closely integrated with the personal and group approach. This model of the content of education is of a projecting nature, since it allows to materialize in the learning process, and ultimately "postpone" in the minds of cadets, scientific and cultural-value foundations, which are unshakable at any stage of human development
