An approach for antenna array diagnostics is presented in this paper. The developed procedure is based on the solution of the underlying inverse problem by means of a Lebesgue-space inversion technique, which has been found to be quite effective in retrieving small and isolated defects without the need of strictly enforcing sparsity constraints. The proposed technique has been preliminarily validated by means of numerical simulations involving simple array structures, showing good capabilities in identifying defective regions
