International audienceThis paper presents data extracted from a program of research on teacher education, to illustrate an analysis of the relationships between researchers and participants at the research and of the ethical and epistemological conditions of these relationships. The analysis is based on five points: 1) the demand of research and the contract-based conditions of the collaboration, 2) the construction of the theme of research, 3) the data restitution, 4) the researcher's implication as teachers, 5) the aid to participants.
