Supervision in the Elementary Grades of the Arlington Heights School

Supervision has for its object the development of a group of professional workers who attack their problems scientifically free from the control of tradition and actuated by the spirit of inquiring. Supervision is recognized as the most important function of the functions of the elementary school. The principal\u27s main chance lies in training on the job.
