La estabilidad emocional en el Nivel Inicial.

The present research on emotional stability at initially developed was made with the objective to determine the factors that affect emotional well-being through interaction with the people surrounding the children in order to favor teaching-learning by establishing emotional bonds, knowing the problematic of scarce educational focus to strengthen this dimension on infantile development at initial education. The research methodology that has been applied includes a qualitative and a quantitative approach; specifically, bibliographic-documentary research and field research, among with the non-experimental and logical inductive method to reach the exploratory level. The techniques used were surveys to student's parents and interviews to teachers of the initial education level. The contribution of the research was a theorical and a formative contribution for the professional preparation of the researchers, because it showed that is necessary to recognize the importance that emotional development at initial education has to education guarantee quality. At the conclusion of the investigation it has been determined that the emotional stability is a characteristic of the personality, determined by the ability of the child to manage their emotions and use them positively for their development; thetefore, it should be stimulated at the initial education levels because on first years of life, the boy and the girl learn to control their emotions and establish emotional bonds. 57% of children from Joaquin Lalama Elementary school show impulsive attitudes that reflect poor control over their emotions; in the classroom they are easily distracted, doing other tasks and they have others behavioral problems that affect their emotions; and learnig process. Therefore, it is necessary in the classroom of initial education, work with children over their emotional stability with activities such as games, story telling, among others. That will allow the child to know and master the different emotions.La presente investigación sobre la estabilidad emocional en la Educación Inicial se desarrolló con el objetivo de determinar los factores que inciden en el bienestar emocional a través de la interacción con las personas que rodean a los niños y niñas para favorecer la enseñanza aprendizaje estableciendo vínculos afectivos, conociendo la problemática del escaso enfoque educativo para fortalecer esta dimensión del desarrollo infantil en la educación inicial. La metodología que se ha aplicado se enmarca en el enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo de la investigación, la investigación bibliográfico-documental y de campo, el método no experimental y lógico inductivo para alcanzar el nivel exploratorio. Las técnicas utilizadas fueron la encuesta a los padres de familia y la entrevista a las docentes del nivel de educación inicial. El aporte de la investigación fue de tipo teórico y formativo para la preparación profesional de las investigadoras, debido a que es necesario que en los niveles de educación inicial se reconozca la importancia del desarrollo emocional de los infantes para garantizar la calidad educativa. Al concluir la investigación se ha podido determinar que, la estabilidad emocional es una característica de la personalidad determinada por la capacidad que tiene el niño para manejar sus emociones y utilizarlas positivamente para su desarrollo, debe ser estimulada en los niveles de educación inicial, debido a que en los primeros años de vida el niño y la niña aprende a controlar sus emociones y establecer vínculos afectivos. El 57% de los niños de la Unidad Educativa Joaquín Lalama muestran siempre actitudes impulsivas que reflejan el deficiente control sobre sus emociones, por lo cual en el aula de clase se distraen con facilidad, hacen otras tareas, tienen problemas de conducta afectando su proceso de aprendizaje. Por ello es necesario que en el aula de educación inicial se trabaje con los niños y niñas en el fortalecimiento de su estabilidad emocional con actividades como juegos, rondas, cuentos infantiles, entre otras, que permitan al niño conocer y dominar las diferentes emociones
