El autoconocimiento en Educación Inicial de los niños de la escuela fiscal mixta Juan Amador, cantón Mejía, provincia de Pichincha.

In the present research work was developed with the objective of determining the educational strategies that facilitate the self-knowledge of the boys and girls of the initial education level. The development and strengthening of self-knowledge in infants is essential because they learn to know their capacities and limitations, contributing in the development of their emotional, affective and cognitive dimension, so that children are able to level their own emotions by improving their self-esteem and social skills. The research problem that was addressed in the research is framed in the lack of didactic strategies in the teaching task that promote the development of the child's own knowledge. For this, a qualitative and quantitative approach methodology was applied, combined with bibliographic and documentary research through the application of semi-structured interview techniques to the authority of the campus, the survey of closed questions and multiple choice to teachers and parents initial education level to determine the limitations and deficiencies in the development of children's self-knowledge. The beneficiaries of the investigation were the boys, girls, teachers, parents and authorities of the Juan Amador Mixed Fiscal School of the Mejía canton in the province of Pichincha. The results of this research have made it possible to establish the deficiencies in the development of children's self-knowledge, for which playful strategies have been proposed, framed in stories, games, riddles and songs that invite children to reflect on their feelings, emotions and thoughtsEn el presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolló con el objetivo de determinar las estrategias educativas que faciliten el autoconocimiento de los niños y niñas del nivel de educación inicial. El desarrollo y fortalecimiento del autoconocimiento en los infantes es fundamental porque aprenden a conocer sus capacidades y limitaciones, aportando en el desarrollo de su dimensión emocional, afectiva y cognitiva, para que los niños/as sean capaces de nivelar sus propias emociones mejorando su autoestima y habilidades sociales. El problema de investigación que se abordó en la investigación se enmarca en la falta de estrategias didácticas en el quehacer docente que fomenten el desarrollo del conocimiento propio del niño. Para esto se aplicó una metodología de enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo, conjugada con la investigación bibliográfica y documental a través de la aplicación de las técnicas de entrevista semiestructurada a la autoridad del plantel, la encuesta de preguntas cerradas y de opción múltiple a los docentes y padres de familia del nivel de educación inicial para determinar las limitaciones y deficiencias en el desarrollo del autoconocimiento infantil. Los beneficiarios de la investigación fueron los niños, niñas, docentes, padres de familia y autoridades de la Escuela Fiscal Mixta Juan Amador del cantón Mejía en la provincia de Pichincha. Los resultados de la presente investigación han permitido establecer las deficiencias en el desarrollo del autoconocimiento infantil, por lo cual se han planteado estrategias lúdicas, enmarcadas en cuentos, juegos, adivinanzas y canciones que invitan a los niños a reflexionar sobre sus sentimientos emociones y pensamiento
