The objective of this project was to diagnose the customer service of credit unions in segment 3 of Latacunga city, the investigation was carried out with the purpose of improving the inappropriate use of the institutions' strategy system, a reference to the factors that affect the service by noting the existing non-conformity in the service provided, so it is important to mention that there must be a satisfactory internal communication within the institutions.
