Kardiyopulmoner bypass sonrası akut böbrek hasarı (ABH) erken ve geç dönemde hasta üzerinde ciddi etkiler oluşturmaktadır (1). Bu nedenle ABH'nin erken dönemde tespiti faydalı olacaktır. Bu çalışmadaki amacımız kalp cerrahisi uygulanan infant hastalara preoperatif dönemden başlayarak yoğun bakım sürecinin 24. saatine kadar olan süreçte renal near infrared spectroscopy (rNIRS) takibi yaparak, ABH'nin erken dönemde tespitine faydasını araştırmaktır. Çalışma prospektif tek merkezli olup, hastanemizde açık kalp ameliyatı yapılan 1 yaş altı 62 pediatrik hasta dahil edilmiştir.
