The study aims to identify the degree of practicing administrative empowerment of teaching staff members in the official Jordanian universities and its relation to their leadership skills. The sample consisited of (432) from the teaching staff members (7200) in the Jordanian Government universities. The researchers used the descriptive analytical method and used the questionnaire as an instrument to collect a data, and test the validity and reliability, the researchers have been distributed (426) questionnaire (423) was Retrieval.the valid of which for analysis ( 421 .)
