The study aimed to reveal the effect of using balance exercises on some basic skills for female students of the football course in the Faculty of Physical Education at Yarmouk University. The study sample consisted of twenty female students of the football education course at the Faculty of Physical Education at Yarmouk University who were evenly divided into two groups (Experimental, control) to ensure parity among them. After conducting the statistical treatment, the results show that statistical differences are existed between the two measurements, the pre and the post, in favor of post-measurement on the development of some basic skills in football among the members of the experimental group as well as the presence of differences betwee...
