SPECIFIC FEATURES OF JOINT STOCK COMPANY ACTIVITIES AND IMPROVEMENT OF THEIR FINANCING

The article substantiates the features of the activities of joint-stock companies (JSCs), the theoretical and economic foundations of financing JSCs through shares, provides research by scientists on the activities and financing of JSCs, the main priorities and shortcomings of enterprises in the form of JSCs from the point of view of organizational and legal aspects, describes the forms of financing JSCs through shares, depending on the goals and sources of financing, the author formulated the author\u27s definition of financing JSCs through shares, analyzed the current state of financing JSCs through shares in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the change in the total number of joint-stock companies and the total volume of shares issue was analyzed, the total volume of the issue of shares and the indicator of the correspondence of the dynamics of exchange turnover to GDP were analyzed, the share of exchange turnover in GDP and the share of participants in the authorized capital of the joint-stock company were given, priority directions of financing of JSCs through shares were described, scientific and practical findings were developed
