Infections caused by Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib) are widespread in many countries around the world. For this purpose, we have studied the prevalence and peculiarities of the clinical course of the most frequently occurring forms of haemophilus infection in 124 children aged 2 months to 15 years. It was found that Hib infection is most common in children with lower respiratory tract diseases (43.8%), the total incidence of Hib was 38.7% of the total number of children surveyed and depended on clinical forms of hemophilic infection. The introduction of vaccination of children against Hib has led to a significant reduction in the carriage of this microorganis
