This thesis work is devoted to the visualization and study by optical microscopy of long-range behaviours and spatiotemporal effects during thermo- and photo-induced phase transitions in spin crossover single crystals. The study of different single crystals of the compounds [Fe(2-pytrz)₂Pd(CN)₄]·3H₂O et [Fe(2-pytrz)₂Pt(CN)₄]·3H₂O with various geometric forms during their thermo-induced spin transition demonstrate the strong correlation between the high spin (HS) / low spin (LS) interface shape and macroscopic single crystals shapes. All single crystals exhibited an incomplete 1st order phase transition with an interface spreading over all crystals during the spin transition.
