ÖZETMikroalglerin ürettiği lipitlerden elde edilen biyodizel umut vadedici bir enerji kaynağı olarak görülmektedir. Biyodizelin üretim maliyeti ve kalitesi ticarileşmesi açısından iki önemli parametredir. Sunulan çalışmada, potansiyel biyodizel kaynağı olarak bir tatlı su mikroalgi olan Chlorella vulgaris SAG 211-12, BG-11 besiyerinde büyütülmüştür.
