Broodstock fish maintained in the earthen pond of hatchery were selected according to varying mean oocyte diameter (MOD) ranging from 351 to 400 (T1), 401?450 (T2), 451?500 (T3), and > 500 ?m (T4) according to natural vitellogenesis progression.
