In a society where digitalization is a main development area, the usage of digital self-tracking devices becomes more and more common. People tend to record everything from exercise to diet and sleep, and then use this information to change their everyday life. The aim of this study is to answer the question of how people are affected by the usage of self-tracking devices on a daily basis. The main method used to reach this goal is semi-structured interviews that are based on themes related to the selected theories. A secondary method that has been used is document and literature analysis.
