The aim of this study is to understand how social workers whose mission is to investigate people's right to financial aid, experience collaboration with Sweden’s employment agency, Arbetsförmedlingen. The reason the authors of this study chose specifically collaboration with Arbetsförmedlingen is due to the reorganization of offices around the country. In order to understand how the organizations operate, collaboration theory and organization theory was studied. Furthermore, both national and international collaboration studies and cases were researched. Interviews of five social workers were conducted by meeting them in person.
