Add to ORKGPlastic is everywhere, all around us. Plastic consumption is increasing steadily, and so is the amount of plastic waste. This brochure is a summary of the report Kartläggning av plastflöden i Sverige (Mapping Plastic Flows in Sweden), which was produced for the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency in 2019. It contains information about how much plastic we use and what happens to it afterwards. Currently, most of it is incinerated for energy recovery. However, to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, it is important to increase the material recycling of plastic, so this brochure presents suggestions for how to do this, focusing on businesses, individuals and decision-makers
