Perlindungan HukumTerhadap Tugas, Fungsi Dan Kewenangan PA, KPA, PPK, Pejabat Pengadaan, POKJA, PPTK, Pengawas Pada Dinas Tata Ruang Dan Bangunan Kabupaten Tangerang

This study aims to determine how much legal protection against the PA, KPA, PPK, PPTK, Pejabat Pengadaan, Pokja and Pengawas at the Dinas Tata Ruang dan Bangunan Kabupaten Tangerang. The subjects of this study were employees of the Dinas Tata Ruang dan Bangunan Kabupaten Tangerang who served as PA, KPA, PPK, PPTK and Supervisors in their positions and duties. Legal protection for the State Civil Apparatus is one of the obligations that must be carried out by the Government as stipulated in Article 92 paragraph (1) of Law No. 5 of 2015 concerning State Civil Apparatus. As a follow up, these obligations are regulated in Article 308 of Government Regulation No. 11 of 2017 concerning Management of Civil Servants. However, Government Regulation No. 11 of 2017 has not clearly stipulated the matters referred to as legal protection. Civil Servants today feel that the government's obligation to provide protection has not yet been realized and that the protections that are a function of the State Civil Servants Corps (ASN) cannot be implemented because the Government Regulation on the Civil Servants Corps (ASN) has not yet been issued.  Keywords : Legal protection ; Duty ; Functions ; Authorit
