The approach taken in the study of the Relationship between Work Motivation and Work Discipline with Employee Work Productivity at the Ciledug District Office, Tangerang City uses a quantitative approach with a problem formulation that states the relationship between two or more variables. This study uses a population sample is employees at the Ciledug District Office, Tangerang City, as many as 53 respondents.
