The post-pandemic “new normal” has accelerated and expanded the digital footprints of both the consumers and the businesses that are serving them. The devastated tourism industry finds its hope for survival and revival in the trending live streaming (LS) phenomenon. While it becomes a challenge for travellers to visit the attractions and sites in person and experience them, the LS digital applications could bring them to their handsets in real-time.
