The aim of the study is to investigate employees’ pscychological capital and job satisfaction. The sampling of the study consists of 181 employees working 5 star hotels in Nevsehir. According to the results of the correlation analysis, no significant relationship was statistically found between self efficacy and hope subdimension of psychological capital and job satisfaction. On the other hand, there was a positive and significant relationship between resiliency, optimism and job satisfaction. Likewise, resiliency and optimism affect job satisfaction in a positive way in the study findings
