This study aims to investigate faculty of education students’ anxiety of not being appointed to teachership levels. This is a quantitative research designed as survey model. Study group of the study is consisted of 320 students studying at faculty of education from six departments and four grades in 2018-2019 academic year. Quantitative data analysis methods were used. Significant difference was determined as .05.The data were collected through “The Anxiety of Pre-service Teachers’ Not to Be Appointed to Teachership Scale”. The scale has two sub-dimensions which are ‘fear of not being appointed to teachership” and “personal perception”.
