Bu çalışmada, Mucor pusillus immobilize edilmiş Amberlit XAD-4 üzerinde Cd(II), Cu(II) ve Pb(II) iyonlarının katı faz özütleme yöntemi ile zenginleştirilme şartları araştırıldı. Metal iyonların tayinleri yüksek çözünürlüklü alevli atomik absorpsiyon spektroskopi cihazı ile yapıldı. Çalışılan metal iyonların geri kazanma verimine örnek çözeltisinin ortamının pH'sının, geri alma çözeltilerinin türü ve derişimlerinin, çözelti akış hızının ve çözelti hacminin etkisi incelendi. Belirlenen en uygun deneysel şartlarda Cd(II), Cu(II) ve Pb(II) iyonlarının geri kazanma verimi %95 güven seviyesinde sırasıyla, %99±3, %97±2 ve %96±2 olarak, bulundu.
