Synthesis and characterization of polymeric-schiff bases with Cr(III) complexes

Bu çalışmada, 4-benziloksibenzaldehit ile 2-aminofenol, 2-amino-4-klorfenol ve 2-amino-4-metilfenol'ün kondenzasyon reaksiyon sonucu 3 adet yeni polimerik-Schiff bazı sentezlendi. Bu bileşiklerin yapıları element analizi, IR, 1H-NMR, UV-GB, TG/DTA analizleri ile aydınlatıldı. İkinci adım olarak, polimerik-Schiff bazlarının Cr(III) kompleksleri sentezlendi ve yapıları spektroskopik yöntemlerle karakterize edildi. Elde edilen komplekslerin paramanyetik özellik gösterdiği belirlendi. Kompleksleşmenin imin azotu ve fenolik oksijen üzerinden olduğu gösterildi.In this study, 3 new polymeric-Schiff bases were synthesized from condensation reaction of 4-benzyloxybenzaldehyde with 2-aminophenol, 2-amino-4-chlorophenol and 2-amino-4-methylphenol. Structures of these compounds were characterized by means of elemental analyses, IR, 1H-NMR, UV-Vis, TG/DTA. In the second step, Cr(III) complexes of polimeric-Schiff bases were synthesized and characterized by spectroscopic methods. All these substances have been shown paramagnetic properties.
