The aim of this paper is to inform the population about the diversity of non-wood forest products from the local flora and the possibilities they offer in increasing the food resources, improving and diversifying the food ration. By analyzing the research material, we watched to obtain scientific data and information with theoretical and practical value. For the interpretation of the diversity of the forest edible flora, we have made a description of species taking into account the following aspects: the scientific name and the author, the biological form and cycle, the flowering and fructification phenophase, the edible part.
