For 20 years Lamb-shift polarimeter are built in the Institute for Nuclear Physics in Jülich and used for several experiments. For example, the nuclear polarization of the hydrogen/deuterium atoms of the polarized internal target of the ANKE experiment are measured. They are used to measure the polarization of molecules after the recombination of polarized atoms to study the recombination process in more details or to optimize the surfaces for future storage cell targets like for the coming gas target at LHCb@CERN. Even at the Budger Institute in Novosibirsk and the PNPI in St. Petersburg Lamb-shift polarimeter made in Jülich are used for similar projects.The improvement of nuclear fusion with polarized fuel is also a very interesting topic...
