In recent years the climate is changing due to the increase in the concentration of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere resulting from human activity on the planet and causing, among other consequences, an increase in the average Earth temperature. Numerous studies show the effects of this climate change in different areas and viticulture is one of them. This study consists of assessing the effects of the pruning of grapevines at four times, with P1 being the reference prune made in December and the treatments P2, P3 and P4 being the prunings in January, February and March respectively.
