A Science in Aquaculture International Conference, celebrada en Stirling (Escocia), del 23 al 27 de junio de 1992Two artificial diets (DI = SO% Proteins (P), 12 % Lipids (L), 10% Carbohydrates (C); D2= 30% P, 12 % L, 32% C) were used in duplicate to assess the reproductive performance and spawning (SP) in sea bass CDicentrarchus labrax L). Group D2 showed a lower growth (weight, length and condition factor) than D 1 but no differences in the gonadosomatic indexo D2 also showed a slight delay in mean SP period and low relative fecundity with respect to D l.
