Orientation: This research study focuses on establishing a link between job crafting and landmark studies on intrapreneurship. Research purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide a theoretical overview of intrapreneurship, intrapreneurial orientation and job crafting, and to explore theoretical linkages between these areas of enquiry.
