Bessarabian Opera Society was an artistic phenomenon with a strong cultural impact, which managed to gather in the capital of Bessarabia impressive artistic forces. Unfortunately Bessarabian lyrical Society has not been supported in its activity by the authorities, more than that, being subsidized by the government and subject to taxes exaggerated, is unable to exist, and most artists leave Bessarabia to assert themselves at the opera theaters around the world and especially in the new State Opera Houses in Cluj and Bucharest, where they are recognized as very valuable soloists, contributing to asserting these Romanian institutions on the art fi rmament
