Any material known to be of a restricted nature has been excluded. The bibliography is organized in alphabetical order by author, by country, and by main subject areas. In addition to the general subject area of tuna, the bibliography has entries relating to the subject of multinational corporations. It should be noted that in compiling the bibliography, the authors categorized citations under country and subject headings solely on the inference of their titles; as a result, some inaccurate or incomplete classifications of material may have occurred.
