Social worker in hospice care in the context of difficult situations

(in English): The bachelor thesis deals with the social worker in hospice care. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of hospice care. The second part deals with social work in hospice care. In particular, it focused on theoretical starting points, methods, multidisciplinary team and specifics of communication. The last section deals with the roles, activities and prerequisites of social worker in hospice care. The practical part is realized in the form of qualitative research through a semi- structured interview. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out what situations social workers perceive as challenging and hard, whether and how they prepare for these situations and what possible sources of support are available
