The Comparison of typology of North Russian and Carpathian timbered churches on the example of Ukraine, Slovakia and Czechia

This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of typologies of North Russian and Carpathian timbered churches. Using a rich sample of examples, it documents the characteristics of individual classifications and compares the principles that underlie their foundations. The work also deals with the issue of classification as a deeper way of examining wooden churches in some countries.
