LGB parenting

This thesis summarizes current situation of LGB parenting in Czech republic and in the world. It deals with actual attitudes of public, outcomes of researches, legislative adjustment and trends in this domain. Work examines negotiations of participants and movement of recent discussion. It tries to analyze all aspects of LGB parenting in accordance with scholarly publications on this theme. The attention is aimed at process in Czech republic since year 2006, when the registered partnership was codified. This thesis considers a progressive antidiscrimination and legalization of homosexuals in history and a social changes in perception of their parenting.
