An Analysis of the Development of Indonesia's Gojek from a start-up company to a decacorn

(in English): This bachelor thesis will try to describe and analyse how the Indonesian company GOJEK transformed from a start-up company to a very successful decacorn company. The aim of this work is to explore the factors that make GOJEK so successful in Indonesia and in which areas it has succeeded and shapes and facilitates the daily life of the people of Indonesia. GOJEK plays a key role in the lives of many Indonesians; provides a wide range of services from simple ones such as food delivery and moto taxi, through online transactions to complex logistics, support for small and medium-sized businesses and much more. Thanks to this diversity of services provided, GOJEK not only brought comfort to the threshold of many Indonesian households, but also fundamentally (positively) influenced the social, business, technological and transport environment of Indonesia
