Faculty of Arts of the Charles University students' barriers in obtaining professional information

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of information barriers of university students when obtaining professional information. The aim of the thesis is to find out if students at the Charles University Faculty of Arts struggle with barriers when obtaining professional information, and if so, then to identify with which ones. The theoretical part contains the introduction to the topic of information barriers set into the broader context of information behaviour, its research and other related phenomenons. The research part of the thesis contains a qualitative research of information barriers carried out among students of the Faculty of Arts with the use of a questionnaire. Also, the information environment of the faculty is examined in the context of information barriers
