Communication in a Scouting group

The submitted bachelor's thesis focuses on communication between and scout leaders and between children in the scout unit. The theoretical part of the thesis presents concepts related to communication and communication with children in leisure time. This part is mainly based on the study of scientific literature. In the second, practical, part it is analysed how the communication in the scout unit is reflected by the leaders of scout units. The material for data collection is semi-structured interviews with selected leaders. The research participants agreed to record interviews for the purposes of this bachelor's thesis. Participation in the research was voluntary
