This paper presents an online database, which was created in cooperation with the Center of Molecular Biology and Gene Therapy, University Hospital Brno. This database contains a unique conversion key allowing comparison of sequencing and PCR (polymerase chain reaction data, which brings quick and reliable pathogenic bacteria typing at a fraction of the cost of sequencing techniques. The database is managed by a program that enables updates, editing, backups, data export and many other functions that can significantly speed up further data processing
